Majed Nasser

With over 25 years of experience in Digital Health as a Partner in EY leading Healthcare Technology in MENA region, and

formerly General Manager of Saudi American General Electric (SAMGE), he led GE’s Digital Transformation partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Health.

Majed has driven large-scale digital transformation programs within the healthcare sector.

Core Skills & Expertise:

IT & Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of IT systems, Low Current systems, Cloud computing, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.

eHealth Interoperability: Specialized in interoperability standards and medical terminologies including IHE, HL7 (V2 & V3), FHIR, DICOM, SNOMED, and ICD-10.

Healthcare Operations: Strong understanding of hospital workflows, patient journey mapping, and the design of clinical and operational processes.

System Integration: Extensive experience in implementing and integrating departmental healthcare IT systems, medical imaging platforms, and medical devices.

Strategic Thinking: Commercial acumen with a solutions-oriented mindset; excels in identifying client pain points and crafting tailored digital solutions.

Ammar Albadarneh

Ammar Al-Badarneh is a seasoned technology executive and digital health architect with over two decades of experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives across the U.S., Middle East, and global markets. His work spans national health ministries, government programs, and enterprise modernization efforts—driving interoperability, efficiency, and data-driven care delivery.

Ammar specializes in architecting and implementing digital health platforms that unify hospital systems, data, and workflows across entire healthcare ecosystems. He has led some of the world’s largest healthcare IT initiatives, including a nationwide hospital information system rollout covering hundreds of hospitals and tens of thousands of beds, as well as a national digital scheduling platform serving millions of citizens.

As an executive advisor, he has established strategy and governance offices, developed national interoperability frameworks, and designed health data exchanges that enable secure and standards-based information sharing between hospitals, clinics, and payers. His approach combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to align IT architecture with business and national healthcare objectives.
